BLUE Partners: The BLUE BTV program has been operating in Burlington since 2022 managed by a team from Lake Champlain Sea Grant, the City of Burlington, Fitzgerald Environmental, Just Water Consulting, and the University of Vermont.
BLUE Impact: BLUE BTV personnel has completed 177 residential stormwater assessments on properties across the city since 2022. The program has provided over $23,000 in rebates to 25 homeowners, with more projects underway.
